"The Story of My Life is a heartfelt little musical that has the courage of its sweet-tempered, low-key convictions. These days, that's a novelty. In a Broadway world of big musicals determined to sell themselves, this gentle new show celebrates softly but with an emotional pull that slowly wins you over."

- Michael Kuchwara, - The Associated Press

"A brilliantly done concert musical that fits into the holiday mood."

- Al Bresloff - Around the Town Chicago

"Don’t miss this beautiful tribute to true friendship. It’ll renew your faith in humanity."

- Tom Williams - Chicagocritic.com

- Chris Jones - Chicago Tribune

"This year's most underappreciated Broadway musical, an unabashed, irresistible tearjerker."

- Elysa Gardner - USA Today

"A tender, yet strong musical. For everyone who’s ever shared with a friend a movie, a secret, or a hurt – and isn’t that indeed everyone?  The Story of My Life might well change the story of your life."

- Peter Filichia

"A keen insight for those seemingly inconsequential moments in relationships that turn out to be magically momentous."

"Artistically consummate."

- Roma Torre - NY1

"It began to haunt me at Goodspeed, proceeded at a Saturday matinee to overwhelm me at the Booth, and ever since has refused to leave me alone. The Story of My Life has a score so uniquely woven into a quilt of sounds that it continues to blossom long after the curtain."

- Jerry Bock
